Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

All deliveries are dispatched at the earliest using Indiapost or DTDC for shipping. The rates of shipping vary on pincode and the same is reflected on the checkout page during the order process.

Delivery Information

We process all orders within 48 hours during business days. After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. 

Return Policy

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Return Process

1. Initiate your return through your account on Elekzone.com or contact our customer service
2. If you have placed the order as a guest, use the form at https://elekzone.com/index.php?route=account/return/add to place the return request
3. Our team will contact you to clarify the return and arrange shipping if applicable
4. Pack the item securely in appropriate packaging and send it back to us
5. Refunds will be processed in 15 days after receipt of the product (on basis of product/complaint condition)

Refund Information

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

• Defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Open-box items: May only be returned if defective
• Custom-ordered items: Non-returnable unless defective
  
  

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
