1.75mm Direct Extruder Full Kit

Presenting the All-Metal J-head Hotend Full Kit, specifically designed for 1.75mm Direct Wade Extruders. This latest iteration has undergone a complete redesign, drawing upon extensive expertise and investment of time to produce the most advanced HotEnd yet. By eliminating PEEK or PTFE from the hot regions of the HotEnd, temperatures up to 300°C can be reached with the supplied Heating Element.

Primarily suitable for materials requiring printing temperatures between 200ºC to 280ºC, such as ABS and PTEG, this Extruder features a PTFE liner inside the hotend, safeguarded from high temperatures to prevent any risk of overheating-induced damage.

The incorporation of a new Heater Block ensures rapid heat-up times and precise temperature control by securely clamping around the cartridge for optimal thermal contact. Additionally, the revised thermistor placement enhances temperature accuracy and responsiveness. As a result, users can achieve a temperature increase from 20°C to 200°C in just 65 seconds. The responsive temperature control maintains the hotend within 0.5°C of the set temperature or less, ensuring consistent performance.

The 1.75mm Direct Extruder Full Kit retains its hallmark acerb thermal transition, delivering the high-quality printing performance users expect from hotends. This thermal break mechanism enhances control over filament output, enabling more immediate starts and stops during extrusion and more effective retractions to combat ooze. Consequently, users can expect sharper, more precise prints with reduced occurrences of stringing, oozing, or blobs.
