You can run the motor continuously up to approx 10 Kgcm loads with maximum efficiency. You may increase the load till 40 kgcms which is the stall torque of the motor but not recommended for continuous use. Also, the motor should not overheat at stall else there are chances of damage. We would recommend limiting the current to 5 - 7 A and motor surface temperature range to be within 50-degree centigrade for preventing any damage to the motor.
